You can go to the www.esc3.net web site and click on Workshop Registration at the top of the page.
Then search for a month or specific workshop. If under Location it has NET3 then you can register for that workshop on-line. If a workshop is not listed then it may be a TETN. Email bbucholz@esc3.net or Gail Repka grepka@esc3.net.
If it is a TETN we can put you in the conference. Or have you dial Region III at 10.1.1.90 and then ‘move’ your call into the specified conference.
The purpose of the DLSEC is to provide a continuum of special education services to students from ages three
to twenty-one. Services that can be provided if the student meets eligibility are: adaptive P.E., assistive technology,
behavior consultant services, counseling, nursing services, occupational therapy, orientation and mobility, physical
therapy, recreational therapy, speech therapy, and vision services. The mission statement for the DLSEC is that we
will provide required components for students with disabilities to learn in a way that provides for: identification,
evaluation, and recommendations for:
- learning
- collaboration with other agencies;
- quality in-service and direct instruction to all stakeholders;
- innovative programming, quality assessments, and delivery of related services
so that all students are provided instruction in the least restrictive environment while obtaining educational benefit.
If you have a child who might be delayed in language, development, gross or fine motor skills, or is having trouble
in school with academics or behaviors, please contact your school district in order to request a special education
referral to our office for assistance or you may contact Belinda Lerma, parent support liaison at 361-275-6766
